1.1 This web site is operated by TED PRINT SDN. BHD. a company registered in MALAYSIA and having its place of business at Printing Hub, Taman Perindustrian Bukit Serdang, Seri Kembangan, Selangor. You may seek information about and order printing (the “Product”) on this web site.
2: Ordering and Purchase Policy
2.1 The price of the Product, and the procedures for ordering, payment and delivery are displayed on this web site. You must make full payment by credit card or bank transfer at the time of order using our merchant payment gateway (iPay88). The price of the Product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of the Product before you place an order. We try to ensure that the price displayed on this web site is accurate but the price on your order will need to be validated by us as part of the acceptance procedure (see paragraph 2.2 below). We will inform you if the Product’s correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order and decide whether or not to order the Product at the correct price. At all times full payment, including shipping fees are required for work to begin on your order.
2.2 We have the rights to refuse any order placed by you. If your order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to you by online electronic means (“Confirmation”) to the email address you have given us. The order will then be fulfilled by the date set out in the Confirmation or, if the Confirmation does not contain such a date, within 15 days.
2.3 You undertake that all details you provide to us when ordering the Product will be correct, that the credit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the product involved. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit details before providing you with a copy of the Product.
2.4 Color different of 10% – 20% from original artwork is consider acceptable. We accept no liability for color variations between jobs printed in different batches of different ordering periods, and object missing due to overprint setting. Color different of the printing result may due to different batch of material quality or different machine.
3: Returns Policy – No Refunds/Exchanges

3.2 Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
4: Delivery Policy
4.1 Turnaround: Lead time for production will based on type of product. Each product listed will indicated the production lead time which from 3 days up to 2 weeks. Once production completed, all orders are courier within 24 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
